In the heart of Emilia Romagna, nestled among the rolling hills of Bologna, lived a lineage: Carolina, Maria and Franca. For generations, they perfected the art of lasagna, in which each layer told a story of love, family, and the unmistakable flavors of their homeland.

In the shadow of World War II, their journey brought them to the vibrant shores of Venezuela, where they began anew and where they continued to cook, their kitchens filled with the same aromas of fresh pasta, rich ragù, antipasti, and creamy béchamel that had graced their tables in Bologna.

As years went by, these recipes these recipes were passed down, from mothers to daughters, and grandmothers to grandchildren. Each new generation learned the secrets of perfect lasagna, the importance of fresh, local ingredients, and the love and patience required to create such a dish.

Three years ago, this rich culinary heritage embarked on another journey, arriving in Miami in the hands of Nelson and Maria Carolina, and with them, the warmth and tradition of Emilia Romagna. Our brand is dedicated to honoring these recipes, ensuring every bite captures the essence of Italy with the same quality, freshness, and respect for ingredients and process that we learned from Maria Margarita and Franca themselves.
